Please have a look at bug 431255 [1]. We have to make a small change to the Software User Agreement (SUA). Effectively, this change is the removal of (I think) two lines. Please direct any discussion regarding this change to that bug. The impact is pretty broad, however, as every Eclipse project should have at least one copy of this somewhere in every download. The short version is that we will be asking you to make this change soon. This is just FYI for now. I'll let you know when you need to implement the change.
