I thought I should let everyone know what I know ... little as that is.

The observant may have noticed the aggregator has not been turned off, and
I have sent no note that "staging repo is complete", as there normally
would have been last night.

The reason is that "BIRT" is still disabled, which impacts a few other
projects, and one EPP package.

I've communicated with them via email, and learned that they are in the
middle of changing their "releng team", which explains the silence and
slowness of responding to the changes needed to fit into M7. They did
promise to attend to it, and fix as soon as possible ... but, I'm not
positive they are yet able to estimate how long that will take.

After discussing with Markus, it seemed reasonable to give them until noon
today, to see if they can make some quick fixes and be able to participate
in M7. Otherwise, if no news from them by noon (Eastern time), we will
move on with finishing M7 and let them catch up in RC1 (I hope).

So, stand by ... we'll know more soon ... one way or the other.

Thanks,
