We fixed the build issue. WTP 3.6.0 RC1 was just added to the
Simultaneous Release.

Folks,
WTP is having build issues that may delay our RC1 contribution. The PDE
build that WTP runs for its Luna build is getting hung up when it sends its
zips over to the signing process
in /opt/public/download-staging.priv/webtools . (And yes, we are moving to
CBI, but that build is not ready yet.) Hopefully the webmasters at
eclipse.org will get this issue resolved quickly and WTP will contribute on
time, but since I am not 100% sure of that, I wanted to warn people of the
possible delay.
