Yes, that's still a valid point. And I agree that the CVS component
should still be part of the Platform project, built simultaneously with
the Team component in order to validate APIs and so on, just like it is now.
However, this would simply not be included by default in EPP packages
and distributed in an alternative way (marketplace). The way it's
distributed doesn't have an impact on the ability to validate the Team
framework using CVS plugins at build-time.
