Happy Christmas to everyone!

Yeah, even if it's too early, it really feels like Christmas...
The packages for both releases are available from
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php now.

Not all packages could be built because of some missing dependencies, but
I'm sure they will be available with the next milestone / release
candidate.

And not all packages are already published on the download page yet... we
always have to wait for a final +1 from the package maintainer before we
list them on the web page. I hope to see more votes coming in from the
package maintainers in the next few hours.
