Thanks, that was pretty clear. So there are a couple of days "off" for
CI which are controlled via Jenkins during which one the last snapshot
is to be considered as staging.
I'm more used to a Maven-like snapshot->staging->release model with
different URLs and manually controlled promotion between each step, and
which doesn't require to shutdown CI builds; that's why I got confused.
