The Marketplace Client project (MPC) intends to participate in Mars with an 1.4.0 release. For this release, we are looking to further improve the user experience and make the marketplace an even more attractive place to offer your plug-ins. I'll follow up with more details on the mpc-dev list. Our release record is at https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.packaging.mpc/releases/1.4 and the offset will be +3.
