At this time, most Hudson services are restored and back to normal. If
your HIPP is not running, please use the HIPP Control tools at
https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/ to restart it (even if it is
incorrectly assessed that it is running).
build.eclipse.org is proving to be problematic. At this time, all
signing services as well as Proxy access to the Internet is not working.
I've opened these bugs, since both of those services could be made
redundant.
