Looks like when I restarted one of the nodes that backs
git.eclipse.org/c to apply some patches it was slow to mount the git
data on restart so cgit tossed that message into the cache. I've
cleared the cache and things should now be back to normal.

I'm looking at http://git.eclipse.org (which redirects to
http://git.eclipse.org/c) and there's a "No repositories found"
message in red. What's going on?
