Yeah, that is really all there is. Also you can then use Push to Gerrit to take advantage of the verifier, or set up the Gerrit Configuration on the remote to have ‘Commit and Push’ do it with one button. Love it!

I managed to narrow it down to two steps to get my previous setup working: 1) Upload your public key to https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/settings/ssh-keys 2) Change your current remote.origin.pushurl to ssh://<committer-id>@git.eclipse.org:29418/simrel/org.eclipse.simrel.build (Right click on your org.eclipse.simrel.build git repository, select properties, find remote.origin.pushurl and edit the value.) Then it is back to using Git as normal. With changes to use Gerrit, I am no longer able to contribute. I’ve spent hours reading various wikis and I still cannot figure out what keys I need to have and where I am supposed to shove them. Maybe this stuff makes sense to someone already versed in Gerrit and SSH, but it doesn’t make sense to me. Frankly, this is a massive step in the wrong direction. Contributing to simrel should be made easier, not more difficult. I have a couple more hours I can devote to this at the maximum. If I can’t figure out how to get back to a working configuration in that time, I am taking Sapphire out of Mars.
