Our initial Neon plan is now online. Please report any mistakes or
additions to me. This plan only covers the high-level items and will be
updated as time goes by.
One important thing to note is that we dropped support for running on JRE
7. Some parts will still work with JRE 7. e.g. Equinox, but others will
only run with JRE 8. The appendix in the plan provides which bundle
requires which BREE as of today. Please keep in mind that the current
table is just the initial version and will change until we release in
June.
