Thanks for asking Martin. I'll reply on cross-project since others may have same question. p2Diff is a utility written by Ian Bull, and described in http://eclipsesource.com/blogs/2012/10/10/introducing-p2diff/
That blog post has pointers to the code repository to "git" it ... it is easy to build, and easy to use.
