JGit and EGit are already on the list, we will ship 5.0, I've create
release records with a rudimentary plan
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.jgit/releases/5.0/plan
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.egit/releases/5.0/plan
content will evolve as we go forward, in case we have no breaking changes
we will reconsider to rename the release from 5.0 to 4.4

What's the next available date for release reviews ?
I am about to prepare our 4.2 release which we plan to do in December...
