Update any Neon package from the built-in URL of
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon
The EPP packages are available from

Mars.2 RC2
To test "check for updates" of already installed EPP packages, you will
need to have two repositories in your preferences list:
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/mars/SR2-RC2/
and
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/maintenance
The EPP packages are available from
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php?release=mars
Please pass the word to your users and adopters so that a lot of people
can help us test both of these significant checkpoints.
We want to catch any regressions or surprises now, while there might be
time to fix them.
