At M7, I was hoping that QVTd would have just enough new execution
functionality to merit graduation to 1.0.0, however while QVTc execution
is now available, some important QVTr issues remain troublesome.
A 1.0.0 version is likely to mislead users as to the project quality. I
therefore propose to revert to 0.13.0RC1 tomorrow despite a 1.0.0M7
contribution a couple of weeks ago.
Is this a problem for anyone?
