I haven't tried Gerrit, but I see sporadic problems with the wiki now. All requests take a very long time, sometimes they are successful, but most of the time I'm getting a message like "A database query error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software."
Judging from https://dev.eclipse.org/committers/help/status.php I would say that everything runs smooth, but the wiki doesn't. Are the DB problems back?
