Eike is unavailable at the moment. I believe
http://download.eclipse.org/oomph/drops/release/1.5.0 was contributed to
the aggregation today, but I'm personally not sure how to check this
simrel thing. Sorry. I think the promotion script automatically
deleted all the milestone repos when it promoted this release build, so
the simrel contribution better be pointing at 1.5.0...
