I've tested that Code Recommenders works in each of the steps in the following scenarios: - Neon.2 Java package --check for updates-> Neon.3 respin (works; keeps httpclient/core 4.3.x) - Neon.2 Java package --check for updates-> Neon.3 --check for updates-> Neon.3 respin (works; keeps httpclient/core 4.3.x) - Java EPP package build against origin/NEON with Neon.3 respin repository (mvn clean verify -Pepp.package.java -Declipse.simultaneous.release.repository="https://hudson.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.neon.3_respin.runaggregator.BUILD__CLEAN/4/artifact/aggregation/final";) (works; keeps httpclient/core 4.3.x So, from Code Recommenders' side all is good for a Neon.3 respin.
