If the video is embedded unchanged, the line "CC-By" is not lost.

In YouTube you can only choose between the "Creative Commons - Attribution" and the "Standard YouTube License" and allow or not allow embedding.

Please contact me for derivatives work. Background music requires "CC-By" and the use of the Eclipse logo is restricted (e. g. of course you are not allowed to use it for your own product). The animated SVGs, that I used for the intro, outro and before each screencast, and everything else I'm happy to share without any restrictions (as CC0).

I would like to point out that the license you have provided on Youtube is 
“CC-By”, which does require attribution.
