According to the process, we need to have approval from the Eclipse Planning Council to add the project after the M4 opt-in deadline. We're far enough away from that deadline, that I'd like to get council approval to include the project. I don't anticipate that this will be problematic.
I'll present this to the Eclipse Planning Council on behalf of the Eclipse Technology PMC. I'm pretty sure that ACTF is not included in any packages, so the bitness of the contributions shouldn't be an issue. Please correct me if I'm wrong. AFAICT, we haven't removed Eclipse ACTF from the build. The aggregation file will have to updated to pull in the most recent builds. Sooner is better than later.
