Hi Martin, That can be a serious bug and if this happen for any user without reason, it is a blocker for the release and promotion of milestones IMO. Can you please open a bug and share the link here? Should this also be addressed by the Planning Council? This scenario should probably be added to the EPP and/or SimRel checklist of things to validate before promoting a milestone.
