Hi, I declare the staging repo for Oxygen.3a RC2 to be complete.
It can be found here: http://download.eclipse.org/staging/oxygen/ Please note, we will enter the quiet days for Oxygen.3a. If no blocking issues are found, RC2 will become the official Oxygen.3a release on Wednesday, April 11th.
