Hi, I declare the staging repo for Photon RC4 respin to be complete.
The respin only includes the changes for CDT (commit 7039543). As usual, it can be found here: http://download.eclipse.org/staging/photon/ Please note, that we are still in the quiet week for Photon. If no further blocking issues are found, RC4 respin will become the official Photon release on Wednesday, June 27th.
