With respect to the Eclipse wiki on https, seems I wasn't being patient
enough with my F5 key. Sometimes it works fast, sometimes it works super
slow, and sometimes it times out entirely. I would blame a load balancer,
if there's a load balancer involved in serving wiki.eclipse.org. Is there?

Or maybe a piece of the internet has been shut down today in preparation
for the cat 4 hurricane Florence coming to NC, where the internet pipes
are? :D
