The installer also distributes signed DMGs.

This would seem to be something that would/could/should be handled by
CBI, perhaps as part of the existing signing process...

Currently the eclipse packages distributed via Eclipse.org are signed but not
notarized. I think we should enable notarization for the Eclipse packages. What
