Hi Ed,

I agree that the order seems arbitrary and most users probably expect
the "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers" to be at the top.

Not sure if we need a static order based on download numbers or an
(arbitrary?) order like Java, JavaEE, C/C++, etc.

We should involve the WebDev team. Can you create a bug for this under
Community / Website?
