I just pushed a Gerrit review <https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/137416/> that
removes Eclipse e(fx)clipse and Eclipse Code Recommenders from the
Simultaneous Release Repository.

I've updated the release page
<https://projects.eclipse.org/releases/2019-03>. I've made my best guesses
at release versions based on the dates of the release records that have
been entered into the system. Let me know if something needs to be changed.

The following projects have been dropped from this release;

   - Eclipse EMF Facet
   - Eclipse MoDisco
   - Eclipse e(fx)clipse
   - Eclipse Code Recommenders
   - EclipseLink Project
   - Eclipse Yasson

Let me know if I've made a horrible mistake.

I'll connect with the webdev team about pushing out the update that removes
the display of offsets.
