http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2019-06 does now include the link to the EPP packages. For the most part this is already automated here: https://ci.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.releng.next_release_setup/ Updating the "latest" repo is still a manual task, but I will convert it to a script as well.
