2.0.0 (and 2.0.1) have been removed as per https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=537927 <https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=537927>. Note that the license feature version does not reflect the license version per se. It's still EPL 2.0.
Good catch with the composite* children sizes. I've fixed the entries.
