Hey!

Maybe unrelated, but whenever we see reports like this from our users, it is in 
almost all of the cases a problem with stale cached data. This happens 
independent of the concrete components that show up as not being found.
The solution is to either press “reload” on the update site (in the preferences 
where the update sites are listed) or, even better in most cases, remove the 
update site, restart Eclipse, and add the update site back in. Maybe that helps 
in your situation, too.
