Bad licenses too have almost been stamped out!!!
The one exception is XWT:

Action has been taken by helpful, responsive parties, but the project is
dysfunctional---I believe the team lead is unresponsive---so the active
parties have not gotten the permissions necessary to produce a new build.

So I'm hopeful that 2020-03 will be especially awesome.
