Hi folks,

Eclipse CDT needs to keep with ICU4J for the next while at least as it has
some features we need.

Is there anyone else who needs it still to share the load on keeping it
maintained? My guess is if not, then CDT will continue to use current
version forever and only in the places we absolutely require it.

BTW we tried to remove it from CDT but ran into problems.
