On June 15, we committed a change to the download page that had one unintended consequence: download requests were being cached by our load balancer. This means only 1 in every 10 user downloads were being recorded.

We've since addressed the issue and we have enough information in the load balancer's logs to identify those requests that were cache hits. We'll work on back-filling those entries that did not make it to the database.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
