Hi all, I've updated https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/simrel/org.eclipse.simrel.build/+/170553 so it looks more like a "final" change (although it's based on an older commit, so the files would need to be updated/regenerated before we can consider merging). It covers most concerns I've read here, and I've put in CONTRIBUTING.md some more information about how this is to be used by contributing projects + some additional gap analysis notes.
