The short version is WTP had to set up its own Jetty 10.0.2 site for the additional bundles we require, and getting the results available in an update site and correctly referred to by the affected WTP bundles and features without accidentally pulling in 9.x bundles during installation has been an iterative process, which I hopefully have ironed out in the what's now building.
