Hi,

Write permissions for the download area have not been deleted. The CI
instances can still write to it, but instead of direct file level
access, SSH/SCP needs to be used.

Since you are a not (yet) a committer on the top-level Mylyn project,
you don't have access rights to Jenkins. I'd recommend to start a
committer-election. In the meantime, we can also give you access to
Jenkins with the blessing of a project lead.
