I think it's hit or miss because it works for this:
https://ci.eclipse.org/oomph/
But for these I get an error:
https://ci.eclipse.org/justj/loginError
https://ci.eclipse.org/emf/loginError
And this "staging" instance doesn't seem to be able to launch any jobs:
https://ci-staging.eclipse.org/oomph/
So I think something is wrong.
I also saw that https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=573903 got
reopened so maybe there's a more general problem with credentials and
accounts...
