The EGit build is getting a "connection reset" error for
https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public/ .
Local browser also reports the same when going there.
What can be done?
(The EGit build wants to consume
org.jboss.tools.tycho-plugins:repository-utils:2.2.0 from there.)
