The repository for the next release exists and until M1 it just composes
the 2023-06 repositories:
https://download.eclipse.org/releases/2023-09/
Staging for 2023-09 has begun:
https://download.eclipse.org/staging/2023-09/
Please, if you delete the repository that you have contributed to
SimRel, please, please update your *.aggrcon to use your release repository.
And finally, the downloads are available live on the website.
