elbrus is wrong. these uploads were done in a timely manner until the
mess around the kernel headers which is out of my responsibility.
I wanted to ask you as the cross-toolchain-base maintainers whether you think
you could do that? It would also help with reducing the time that
cross-building in unstable is broken because of a missing c-t-b upload.
you probably should start doing that for one target, from my point of
view there's not much gain doing that for every target.
