For the base networking, it appears that it would work to use an
etherstub with 2 vnics, one vnic in an exclusive stack non-global zone,
and one vnic in the global zone.

Unfortunately, iSCSI targets don't appear to be supported in
non-global zones.  And apparently neither are iSCSI initiators,
for that matter. :(
