Yes, this will be made possible by crossbow project 
(http://opensolaris.org/os/project/crossbow/), still under development. 
Project will be going to Beta in a week's time. Crossbow will provide 
options to dladm command by which you can specify CPUs that a NIC should 
use to handle incoming traffic. The command will  re-target the 
interrupt to one of the  specified CPUs if more than one CPU is 
specified and the network load will be distributed among the other CPUs.
