Hi Brian - Thanks for your comments and cross-posting, too. In fact, i should put this on sysadmin-discuss, as well. I'm going to add you comments on VMware to my document. I'm not going to add information about VPN, which is well documented in Wikipedia. The other subjects you mention are food for research. I'm not going to put them on my page, but I will put your ideas in the discussion page that accompanies my page. That way people who are knowledgeable about these topics can add them, if they choose.
