The content of the article looks good but I have concerns about
publishing it on Wikipedia. I question whether it conforms to WP:N,
WP:SOAP, and WP:NOR.
The content should be published, but perhaps on the project web page
instead, and the paragraph about Crossbow on Network Virtualization
could be expanded slightly and cite the article on the web page.
Also, the best way to invite discussion of a proposed Wikipedia article
is to create the article on Wikipedia under your user page with the
actual markup and wikilinks, etc. for review, and move (copy) it to the
real name when it's done.
