So you mentioned that the LDOMs folks wanted it on S10.  Does that mean
that there is some other consumer of this feature *today*?

Btw, this will need to be included in an expanded version of the NICDRV
test suite, once there is some not-to-difficult mechanism for it to
configure this feature.
