Depend on hosting server scalability. 
- Using something like CGI::IRC is quite transparent to visitor but
mean lots of headache on server side (each client is using 1 apache thread)
- Using a java-applet based irc client mean we need either an irc
server on crossfire.real-time.com which acts as a proxy for freenode or
we need to sign the java applet to allow it to connect to freenode directly.
