Updated Scorn temples to level 120 so high level players cannot reconsecrate

Is this really the correct fix for this problem? Wouldn't it be better
to update the holy altar archetypes and let the individual altars
inherit level 120? After all, it's just too easy for a map maker to
forget to set the level to 120. (In fact, despite this patch the world
still contains about 80 level 100 altars, a few of them actually are
located Scorn, Navar City, and other easily reachable maps.)
I believe the logic of why it was done that way was because
reconsecrating altars in dungeons would not be a significant DM headache
or issue. Really, I have never seen or heard of ones in dungeons being
an issue, and also reconsecrating altars in dungeons is potentially
useful. I do believe though that it would be beneficial if the faces of
reconsecrated altars was changed to match how the altar changed.
