I agree we should coordinate our efforts, and I'll gladly help how I can :) As I see things, we have the following major things to concentrate on: * class/race modification. This includes balancing spells/skills, deciding how guilds work, making guilds, ... * map reorganisation. This includes creating new content, including the introduction you're talking about if we deem it relevant. This also includes adding lore to maps, moving/trashing/adding maps and/or quests * overall combat balance. This has been evoked on the list, and could include speed modifications, ac/wc/sp/hp/gr/weapons balance * new features for gameplay, like npc interaction, new character creation mechanism, ... * code maintenance - but this should be *to support* the previous steps, not an end in itself (except probably the bug cleaning ;p) Those tasks aren't totally unrelated, of course, and should probably be done in a coordinated manner.
