The Crossfire Wiki is currently in Read Only (RO) mode. While it appears
that you can edit pages, the edits will not actually save and update the
pages.
The wiki is getting a host OS upgrade, plus a DokuWiki version upgrade.
I don't have an exact timeline as to when the new wiki will go live and
allow editing again. So, watch on IRC/Discord or for a follow up post to
this message via the mailing list.
