The patch is got by accessing 
https://github.com/crosswalk-project/chromium-crosswalk/pull/62.patch for 
example. But it's saved to the server when it detects PR updated.
I guess it might be that you just update the PR and click start, but the server 
(aka Github-worker) hasn't detected the update yet.
